The Leadership Foundation is pleased to invite proposals from member institutions for funding for projects to support the Workforce change, processes and practices workstream of the second phase of the Diamond programme (Diamond 2.0) to improve efficiency and effectiveness in higher education.
We shall be giving funding of up to £10,000 for projects that are innovative while supporting efficiency developments that can be shared throughout higher education. This is part of the Leadership Foundation’s contribution – via the Innovation and Transformation Fund – to support a number of the workstreams of the Diamond programme.
The key principles of the Workforce Change Project Scheme are:
- That projects support innovative activities that would not normally attract funding from within an institution, or that would not be viable without an element of external funding; and
- That there are demonstrable outcomes that will be of benefit to the wider higher education community in furthering the Diamond agenda.
Proposals can be submitted at any time up to: 17:00 on Tuesday, 21 October 2014.
