Free Flexible Framework Training – Friday 25 October 2013
LUPC, in association with SPCE, is running a FREE one-day course on the Flexible Framework on Friday 25 October 2013. The course will result in participants developing an action plan for progress appropriate to them and a usable tool they can put some timescales on.
- Time: The options to attend are: Levels 1 and 2 (10:00 – 12.30); Levels 3 and 4 (13:00 – 16:00); or full-day (10:00 – 16:00).

‘Using Frameworks’ – Thursday 14 November 2013
LUPC, in association with the Higher Education Procurement Academy (HEPA), is running a one-day course on ‘Using Frameworks’:
- Date: Thursday 14th November 2013
- Time: 10:00 to 16:30
- Venue: Natural History Museum, London
- Cost: £150 +VAT (lunch included).
This course is aimed at buyers from across different purchasing areas who are either new to using frameworks, or feel they would benefit from further training in how to use them compliantly and to deliver better outcomes. It will include an overview of what frameworks are, how they operate and the legal context, as well as practical exercises on how to call off from frameworks compliantly (including mini-competitions) and to gain best value for money.

Higher Education Procurement Academy (HEPA) training
HEPA’s new programme of low-cost, face-to-face training is now available to book online. You can read full details of course titles and learning outcomes, as well as dates, venues and course fees in the HEPA training programme e-brochure for 2013-14.
